While we look forward to bringing you internet service, the safety of our customers and employees will remain our top priority. Since we will have to access your home at the time of installation, we are taking the appropriate measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
What Tri-CoGo Will Do:
- Our technicians will be required to wear a mask upon entry of your home.
- Technicians will practice social distancing and minimize contact as much as possible throughout the installation.
When scheduling your installation, you will be asked to verify that no one in your home has been exposed to or tested positive for COVID-19, is currently under quarantine, or has experienced COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days. If you answer yes to any of these questions, we ask that you wait at least 14 days to schedule the installation.
If upon arrival of the installation a technician encounters an individual within the home with COVID-19 symptoms, he or she reserves the right to reschedule the home installation.
