Affordable Connectivity Program Wind-Down

On January 11, 2024, the FCC issued an order announcing requirements and guidance for the wind-down of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) due to a lack of additional funding from Congress. Funding for the program is anticipated to run through April 2024. The termination of this discount is NOT an internal decision from Tri-CoGo, but rather one made by the FCC. Any additional information on the future of ACP will be updated here and emailed out to ACP participants. We thank you for your patience as we continue to learn more concerning the future of this program. Tri-CoGo will except transferred ACP discounts if a customer has qualified before the February 7th deadline, but no newly qualifying customers are being accepted at this time.

Affordable Connecticity

 

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC program providing a monthly benefit of $30 to eligible households. The ACP benefit is non-transferable and limited to one monthly internet discount.

The ACP is a federal government benefit program operated by the FCC and, if the program ends, or when a household is no longer eligible, subscribers will be subject to the provider’s regular rates, terms, and conditions. A qualifying household receiving the ACP benefit through another internet provider may elect to receive service from Tri-CoGo and have the qualifying benefit applied to their monthly bill.

Once you have applied and received approval, including your APP ID, call Tri-CoGo at 844-662-7569 to have the ACP discount applied to your new or existing service.
