Zone 2, it’s time to say no to slow!
On October 19th, members in Zone 2 became eligible to receive 100% fiber internet service from Tri-CoGo. Individuals that are pre-registered in Zone 2 should have already received an email to initiate their accounts. Individuals who did not pre-register can sign up here, on our website by clicking the “Sign Up” button on the home page.
Below is a list of roads within Zone 2 that are now eligible for service. This list does not include every road in Zone 2. Please keep in mind that some portions of the roads fall within later zones and will not yet be able to receive service. Check availability at connect.tri-cogo.com.

Good morning. What in home connections will be part of installtion?
Technicians will install an ONT device (modem), and our advanced Gigaspire wi-fi router. This equipment will be provided by Tri-CoGo at no extra cost.
We are waiting anxiously out here on Henderson Rd. I’ve been in Jones County for almost two years and it goes without saying it will be fantastic to have the services we are accustomed to after living in Savannah for 47 years. Go Tri-Co-Go!!

How hard will it be to change over our TV’s and laptops to the new system? Will the technicians make sure everything is working correctly before leaving?
Our technicians will help you connect up to 5 devices in your home after your internet is installed.
It should be as simple as connecting to the new wifi access point (or in some cases, configuring it to have the same WiFi Name (SSID) and password (Typicaly WPA2 or WPA3 encrypted) should automaticaly connect them.
I am confused why my neighbors have their service and no appointment has been schedule for my service?
When you sign up for service, your address goes into que to await the drop installation. Usually the order of the drop is based on when service was placed. We have had a large number of drop installations scheduled since Zone 2 went live, so it is taking some time to get to everyone. We appreciate your patience!
Please could you post online a map showing the Zones that are “live” now, and what Zones are next to get service?

I have pre registered for my home at 210 Graham Woods Dr. Gray 31032. It was my understanding that my zone will go live by end of November. May I know what my zone is? And if we are still on target

Twi-CoGo has been amazing! I am miles down the dirt road & windstream use to be the only thing we could get but barely worked. Tri-CoGo has blown it out the parks!! We love it.
